Written quotes from AquaPro are valid for the period stated on the quote. Pricing is based on assessment findings, system specification, and installation complexity at your property.
Installation
Installations are performed by licensed technicians. You agree to provide reasonable access to water entry points and electrical supply where required. Commissioning data is recorded on completion.
Warranty
Hardware warranty is provided by the manufacturer. Workmanship documentation is supplied on handover. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and commissioning records.
Filter replacement
Replacement intervals depend on water quality and usage. Scheduled reminders are a convenience service — you remain responsible for maintaining filtration performance between visits unless covered by a written care agreement.
